CPERC ABSTRACTS

​The call for oral and poster abstracts for CPERC's main conference and symposia will open in the fall, with a deadline of January 31, 2027. CPERC is using the MyAbstract online system to submit, peer review and manage abstracts. CPERC 2027 abstracts will be assigned to 4 categories: 1) pharmacy education initiative, 2) teaching and learning research / scholarship, 3) pharmacy practice research, and 4) pharmaceutical science. REGISTRATION

Registration for CPERC 2027 will open early next year. Early bird rates are in effect until May 17, 2027. Full conference registration includes tickets for the opening reception, awards gala and the social event. Early bird prices for full CPERC registration are $750 for AFPC members, $950 for non-members and $375 for full-time students. Rates increase May 18 to $850 (members), $1050 for non-members and $425 for students. Early bird single day rates are $375 / $475 / $175 for members / non-members / students, without access to social events. All registration will be done through our registration portal early next year.

PROGRAM

The CPERC 2026 FINAL PROGRAM is available. The 2027 program is expected to be similar. The program consists of educational streams for pharmacy educators and researchers in all disciplines and interests. Education sessions will be on June 16 and 17. A symposium is planned for Friday June 18. Social events include an opening reception (June 15), Awards Gala (June 16) and a fun night (June 17).

ACCOMMODATIONS & TRAVEL

CPERC 2027 will be held at the Halifax Marriott Harbourfront Hotel, located at 1919 Upper Street, Halifax, Nova Scotia B3J 3J5. The special group rate for CPERC delegates is $359 per night (excluding taxes). This rate is available for room nights between June 10 to June 20, 2027 and must be booked by May 17, 2027.
